FAO support to national forest programmes

FAO forestry supports national forest programmes through a number of mechanisms:

• Capacity Building: Training materials are now becoming available on different aspects of national forest programmes, and have been tested out in country trials.
• Nfp Updates: An information resource on the status of nfps in a number of countries
• NFP Facility: The Facility provides targeted support to nfp processes.
