Cordelia Salter has been the Communications Coordinator for the Committee on World Food Security since its reform in 2009. She started her career as a journalist in London and Cairo. While working in Egypt she joined an ICT for development project and since then has been working in development. As well as Egypt, she has also worked in Sudan, Sierra Leone, Ethiopia and Ghana. She has also worked in communication and advocacy roles for WFP.
