Forum global sur la sécurité alimentaire et la nutrition (Forum FSN)

I am working as a researcher in the University of Costa Rica, in the National Center of Food Science and Technology. I am the chair of the Association of Food Technology. My major is in Food Engineering and I work with rural development, food communication, public regulations on food classification and labeling.
