I am currently graduate student at University of Saskatchewan. My thesis is on Household Food Processing Strategies to Improve “Hidden Hunger” in Ethiopia.
Indigenous peoples' knowledge systems in response to biodiversity loss and climate impacts. African indigenous peoples are typically hunter-gatherers, pastoralists or artisanal fishing peoples, hence their use of wild food resources is often different from national norms.
I am currently working on Gender & Food security
Project related with food security from different perspectives:
- biodiversity (nutrition, resilience agriculture)
- nutrition (in developed countries on promoting organic food)
- promoting education in rural areas (a seed delivery system)
