I am currently a Peace Corps Volunteer living and working in a village in the southwest region of Burkina Faso. I work primarily with a women's group assisting them to develop various income generating activities, largely by making use of local foods at our disposal and transforming them in various ways. The transformating of these crops contributes to dietary and nutritional diversity for the community in which I work and often serves also as a means to conserve these various foods for resale.
I am an Agronomist specialized in table grapes production and sustainable management. Integrated pest management and postharvest strategies to avoid losses during storage and shipping.
