Integrating Climate Resilience into Agricultural Production for Food Security in Rural Areas

To enhance the capacity of Mali’s agricultural sector to cope successfully with climate change, by incorporating Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) concerns and strategies into agricultural development initiatives and mainstreaming CCA issues into agricultural policies and programming.   The project will pilot improved climate- resilient agricultural practices; build capacity and promote improved agricultural practices through Farmer Field Schools, and; mainstream climate change considerations into agricultural sector policies and programs.
