Statement  Time-series data translated from source material in flat ASCII format and translated into Arc-Grid format to promote analysis and visualization via AWRD interface. In order to enhance the non-grid based capabilities of the AWRD, a polygonal and point representation of the base grid was translated into shapefile format in decimal degrees, followed by the creation of annual tables consolidating the data represented. .
