Overview map created in support of the FAO/WFP CFSAM Teams based upon MERIS full resolution (FR) fraction of Absorbed Photoactive
Radiation (fAPAR) data. Team routes were derived from the preliminary routes delivered to GMFS by FAO Sudan. Each team
was provided with two different maps. This map is a comparison between the average fAPAR values for 2007 and 2006. Areas with
higher 2007 values will show up green in the maps whereas brown areas indicate on average more vegetation in 2006 (Maps
created in PDF format to be printed on A3 format)
