Guria 2018 agro-festival held in Ureki, Georgia

More than 50 farmers, producers and cooperatives from the Guria region participated in an agricultural festival exhibiting their products including honey, tea, blueberries, strawberries, wine, mineral waters, etc. The main objective of the Ureki festival was to make the locally produced products more popular among tourists and the providers of touristic services.

All the participants were awarded with the certificates of appreciation from Solomon Pavliashvili, the Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia.

The event was supported by the European Union in close partnership with FAO under the European Neighborhood Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development (ENPARD).
