The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), in collaboration with Youth Action for Food Self-Sufficiency and Education, a local NGO, recently launched vegetable and poultry projects in Galoya.

FAO, Yafsse launch agricultural projects in Galoya

Officials from Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and Ministries of Fisheries and Agriculture, led by FAO country representative, Dr Babagana Ahmadu, and including the Director of Agricultural extension services, Musa Dampha, over the weekend launched six TeleFood projects, worth over two million dalasi in the communities of Nyagen and Bakadagi in CRR North; Brikamanding and Jareng in CRR South; Jendeh and Jarkaba in URR.
