World Food Day commemoration in Florence
This World Food Day, Syracuse University in Florence, Italy, in cooperation with the Museum of Natural History – Botanical Gardens of the University of Florence, will be hosting a presentation of the book Assagi.
The event, staged at the museum, will reflect on the value of food today and look at sustainable food and agricultural models.
Beginning at 17:30, the presentation will be led by the author and director of Syracuse University in Florence, Sasha Perugini, photographer Carlo Desideri, Professor Concetta Vazzana, and Professor Peter Fischer.
A buffet serving organic products will follow.
