世界粮食日, 2011 年10月16日

粮食价格 – 走出危机走向稳定

价格的波动，尤其是上扬，是对发展中国家粮食安全的重大威胁。受影响最大的是贫困者。据世界银行统计，2010-11年期间，粮食费用上涨使近七千万人陷入极端贫困。

“粮食价格 – 走出危机走向稳定”成为今年世界粮食日的主题，一定程度上显示了这一趋势，说明为减轻其对最弱势群体的影响而可能开展的工作。

在庆祝2011年世界粮食日时，让我们认真研究粮价波动根源何在，采取一切必要行动，减轻粮价波动对全球社会最弱势成员的影响。
