As a major event of the China Pavilion Day, the cultural show presents China’s designated GIAHS sites’ folk music "Grand Song" of the Dong ethnic group from Guizhou Province, the fish lantern dance portraying the rice-fish culture of Zhejiang Province, and a film viewing about the development and achievements of the Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems (GIAHS) in China. Also, the event was highlighted with ancient ballad from the Hani communities, well-known for their rice terrace system in Yunnan Province. All these performances reflected the fascinating history, glory and charm of China's agricultural civilization with a history over 5000 years.
