Partenariat mondial sur les sols

First meeting of the Near East and North Africa Soil Laboratory Network (NENALAB)

Following the endorsement of the global implementation plan for Pillar 5 in June 2017 and the launch of the Global Soil Laboratory Network (GLOSOLAN) on 1-2 November 2017, the Regional Soil Laboratory Network (RESOLAN) for the Near East and North Africa (NENALAB) was established on 9-11 June 2020 through an online meeting.

The Global Soil Partnership established the Global Soil Laboratory Network (GLOSOLAN) to ensure compliance with Pillar 5. At regional level, NENALAB facilitates the exchange of experiences among national reference soil laboratories. This network aims to strengthen laboratory performance in support of the harmonization of soil data and information sets for the development of global standards.
