Venue and date

The Terrestrial Carbon Observation Panel meeting will be held in San Francisco on the 13 December to revise the implementation plan and establish the TCO objectives and projects for the coming years. The meeting is back-to-back with American Geophysical Union (AGU) meeting (13-17 December 2004).
