As the first cohort of The Restoration Factory 2020-2021 programme is reaching its final month, two masterclasses will be held on the topic of Pitching and Storytelling on Thursday 7 and 14 October 2021. These sessions will be coordinated by FAO’s FLRM team, Bridge for Billions, the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative and the Landscape Finance Lab.
 
The first session, Introduction to pitching and storytelling, will take place on 7 October at 15:00 (CET) and will be in English with French translation. In the session, the speaker coach Maryam Pasha will share advice on how to craft ideas and effectively communicate messages. Practical examples on how to use storytelling structures will help explore different formats to pitch business ideas to multiple audiences.
 
The second session, Pitch Practice, will take place on 14 October and it will be held in English at 11:00 (CET) and in French at 14:00 (CET). It will enable participants to apply the practical tips and advice and pitch their ventures with constructive feedback from peers and mentors.
