Ingredients
soya, beans: 1 29
water: 3 29
sugar: 1 1/4 29
coconut, milk: 1 1/3 29
gherkin: 1
buko: 1

Steps
1. Boil soakbeans in water for 55 mn until tender.
2. During the first 15 mn, add 1/4 cup sugar at 5 minute intervals. Continue boiling for the rest of the time. Cool and drain.
3. Add soybeans and the remaining sugar to coconut milk. Boil for 7 mn.
4. Add camote. Cook until done. While still hot, add buko. Stir. Serve hot.
