Green Soybean Soup with Malunggay

winter squash: 1/3 29

Steps
1. Blanch and shell soybeans (see Green Soybean with Clams recipe).
2. Saute onion and soybeans in oil. Add1 cup stock and patis. Simmer for 5 mn.
3. Add squash and salt. Cook for 8 mn.
4. Add malunggay leaves annd the rest of the stock. Cook for 2 more mn. Serve hot.
