Green Soybean Lumpia

Ingredients
soya, beans: 1 29
lettuce:
cabbage: 1/2 29
onions: 1/4 29
garlic:
groundnuts: 1/2 29
pork: 1/2 29
celery: 1 27
shrimps: 1/2 29
turnip: 1/2 29
wrapping leaves:
sauce, patis: 1 27
oil, cooking/salad: 2 27
camote: 1/2 29

Steps
1. Put pork fat in a frying pan over low heat to extract oil. Set aside. Fry camote in fat extract. Set aside.
2. Saute garlic and onion. Add shrimps, shrimp juice and pre-cooked pork. Season with patis. Simmer for 3 mn. and add soybean. Boil for 12 mn.
3. Add turnips, cabbage and pre-cooked camote. Cook for 3 mn
4. Add celery and sprinkle half of the peanuts. Cook for another minute.
5. Wrap 2-3 tbsp of the mixture with lumpia wrapper together with lettuce leaves, sprinkling the mixture with the remaining peanuts.
6. Prepare the sauce caramelizing sugar over low heat in a sauce pan. Put all ingredients in the pan and cook until thick. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
