Ingredients

onions: 1
pepper, sweet: 2
beans, kidney: 1 1/2 29
maize: 1 1/2 29
oil, palm: 1 1/2 29
water: 4 29
crayfish: 1 29
salt, table:

Steps
1. Select and wash maize and beans separately.
2. Put both to cook with plenty of water, and boil slowly but steadily until soft.
3. Meanwhile chop pepper, onion, tomato and crayfish.
4. Add all ingredients to beans/maize and cook, stirring occasionally.
5. Cook until very soft and all ingredients are well blended.
6. Serve warm.
