Popped Sorghum

Steps
1. Moisten the grains by sprinkling with water.
2. Heat the grains in a covered pan over the fire.
3. Serve the popped grains as a snack after sprinkling with salt and pepper.
4. Other serving ideas: add some sugar syrup and butter and shape into balls; or serve with milk and little sugar.
