Fried Pork with Miso

Ingredients

onions: 3 stalks
garlic: 1
pork: 300 g
sugar: 1 teaspoon
flour, wheat: 2 teaspoon
ginger:
soya, sauce: 2 tablespoon
wine: 1 teaspoon
miso: 1/2 tablespoon
oil, cooking/salad: 2 tablespoon

Steps

1. Marinade pork in mixture of ginger, wine and flour.
2. Fry pork and set aside.
3. Saute garlic and onion.
4. Add miso, soy sauce, sugar and fried pork.
