Pork with Miso and Sesame

Ingredients

sesame: 2 tablespons
beans, kidney: 30 g
pork: 400 g
water: 6 cups
sugar: 2 tablespoons
ginger: 1 piece
wine: 2 tablespoon
miso: 100 g

Difficulty: Easy
Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps

1. Cook pork for 20 minutes until tender.
2. Add wine, sugar and miso then cook in medium flame for 30 minutes.
3. Add Baguio beans and sesame. Cook until tender.
