Ingredients

soya, beans: 1/2 kg
water: 2 cups
sugar
food coloring
pepper
vinegar

Steps

1. Wash soybeans and soak for 4 hours. Change water 2-3 times. After draining water, grind soybeans.
2. Add 2 cups water for every 1 cup ground soybeans. Strain into a cheese cloth and extract soy milk.
3. For every 1 cup soymilk, add vinegar, sugar, pepper, and food color. Mix well. Cook until thick.
4. Cool and pack in a bottle.
