Greek Salad

Ingredients

tomatoes: 5
onions: 1
pepper, sweet: 4
olives: 1/3 cup
cheese, cheddar: 1/4 cup
cucumber: 4
parsley: 1/4 cup

Cooking Time (minutes): quick (30 minutes or less)
Steps

1. Cut tomatoes into wedges; slice onions thinly. Cut pepper into rings; slice cucumber.
2. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
3. Mix all dressing ingredients; put in an airtight jar and refrigerate.
4. Before serving, shake dressing well and add to salad.
