Ingredients

chillies: 1/4 teaspoon
sugar
cumin: 1/2 teaspoon
mint: 8-10 sprigs
salt
tamarind: 100 g

Steps

1. Soak tamarind in 6 glasses of water for 30 minutes; strain.
2. Add sugar and salt. Grind mint finely with other ingredients and add to tamarnd water.
3. Chill before serving.
