The new e-learning course: "Experience capitalization for continuous learning” is now available in English and French

How many times have you heard yourself saying “we don’t need to reinvent the wheel”? How often have your been asked to take stock of what has been done? Do you want to know how to learn lessons from the past, how to share and transfer knowledge?  If so, this course if for you.
 
This e-learning course, co-funded by the Belgian development cooperation, introduces the methodology and process of experience capitalization. Through this experience capitalization approach, experiences and practices can be adapted, improved, adopted by others and scaled up, leading to a greater organizational visibility, credibility and impact.
 
The course is designed for professionals involved in reflecting upon, learning from and sharing the lessons of their work. Therefore team leaders, managers, project and programme technical staff, M&E officers, communication and information professionals and KM & KS professionals.
 
Depending on the learning needs, this course can take up to 10 hours.
It is available in English at the moment and will be adapted in French and Spanish.
 
With this course, you will learn:
  • How to facilitate and plan an experience capitalization process
  • How to conduct an experience capitalization process step by step
  • How to adopt, adapt, scale up and mainstream experience capitalization
