Kenya unveils its first quarterly update


Kenya released its first quarterly update this month. It highlights the work being done to ensure that climate change adaptation priorities for the agriculture sectors are being identified and integrated in the country’s NAP process. In this issue there are articles on the inception workshop that was held to introduce stakeholders to the programme and country work plan, the support that the NAP-Ag Programme has provided to the development of Kenya’s new Climate-Smart Agriculture Framework, as well as the two studies being conducted on the institutional needs and challenges for adaptation planning in Kenya. There is also a section that includes details on upcoming programme events and activities.
