Participate and share your insights!

06/04/2020 -

Since 2015, FAO in partnership with the International Indigenous Women's Forum and other indigenous and women organizations have implemented 11 editions of the Indigenous Women Leadership School Programme in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

This is a short-term programme that creates a space for indigenous women to discuss and exchange knowledge on the specific challenges they face and their contributions to food security. Learn more about the programme here:  https://bit.ly/2K4oNQM

After 11 editions, FAO is in the process of updating the programme and its curriculum to address the current and future challenges of indigenous women in relation to food security, indigenous food systems, climate change and the loss of indigenous traditional knowledge.

This e-consultation aims to solicit views, suggestions, and good practices from indigenous women, indigenous organizations and other interested organizations to enhance the FAO Indigenous Women Leadership Schools Programme. Please share your opinions, answering the questionnaire below before May 15, 2020.

We look forward to your insights and contributions.
