TCIN Service Chief Claudio Gregorio has more than 34 years of experience in the identification, formulation, implementation and evaluation of development programmes and projects in the areas of infrastructure, soil and water resources, aquaculture, sustainable rural development and environment. Having spent more than 15 years with FAO, he has also served as chief of the Investment Centre’s former Service for Eastern and Southern Africa and as officer-in-charge of the Service for Latin America, the Caribbean and West Africa. He has led numerous missions for the Investment Centre, most of them in Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean. For FAO and in his previous experience with private consulting firms, he held short and long-term assignments in many countries in Africa and Latin America. He graduated from Rome University in Civil Engineering, Transport Infrastructures.
