Agribusiness Handbooks

A series of ten agribusiness manuals was prepared by FAO’s Investment Centre Division in collaboration with the Rural Infrastructure and Agro-Industries Division, under the FAO/EBRD Cooperation. The aim of these handbooks is to help agribusiness bankers and potential local investors acquire knowledge on a number of agricultural produce sectors worldwide, with a special focus on Early Transition Countries and Western Balkan Countries. The sectors covered include: grapes/wine; wheat/flour; poultry meat and eggs; sunflower crude and refined oils; milk/dairy products; red meat; fruit and vegetable processing; barley/malt/beer; food retail; and sugar beets/white sugar.
