Knowledge Sharing
The Knowledge Sharing Team provides training for FAO Staff on methods, such as Peer-Assist, Communities and Networks, After Action Review, World Café, Mind Maps, and tools, such as Wikis, Blogs, Microblogging, Skype, to support the work of the Organization. These training can be tailored based on the specific needs of a team, group, unit, division or department.
Participants in the training receive follow-up support after the sessions through personalized discussion on their project's requirements, back up material and assistance via email. Web quality accessibility
Improving web accessibility means that it is easier for people with disabilities to use the web. It also ensures that sites can be displayed on mobile devices and are optimized for search engine indexing. We can provide advice and training to ensure that the FAO Web site conforms with such web quality accessibility criteria.
Web Guide workshops
A series of awareness raising sessions and hands-on training covering a wide range of web publishing aspects: usability, accessibility, information architecture, content strategy, using innovative tools and media, and so on. |
