Help! I've been told to start an online forum, but there are no discussions happening. What can we do?

Time to jump in and actively engage people. Use a few tricks to get people on board. Check out the unit on online facilitation which is part of the IMARK e-learning "Building Electronic Communities and Networks" which provide you with some ideas and guidelines on how to become a better facilitator.
