Brief description of institution/organization

The Sustainable Land Use team of HortResearch carries out world-leading research into the role of water in sustainable horticulture. There are foci of irrigation, plant nutrition and mininising leaching. We host and provide supervision for post-graduate students, and we also host interns from a range of international universities.
