This website was first launched by Mr. Riccardo Libori (then AGLL) and succeeded and maintanied since by Sachimine Masui (Associate Professional Officer, AGLL, till 26 March 2003). The project has been managed by Jacques Antoine (Senior Technical Officer, AGLL).

Technical advice on website development has been received from Mr. Wolfgang Prante (AGLL). Advice on defining FAO regions was received from Ms. Maurizia Marinucci (then AGLL). Editorial advice was received from Ms. Chrissi Smith (then AGLW).

Valuable comments have been received from the Gateway collaborators in the course of the development of this website. All the comments have not been reflected but this site will continue to be revised accordingly.
