The David Lubin Memorial Library no longer handles procurement of non-library books and subscriptions.
The library will only procure on behalf of divisions if the publication is purchased for the library collection. The library also procures publications that cost more than the authorised limit for a Low Value Order ($4000). (See AFSP Guidelines on Low Value Orders).
For procurement of these items, please submit the following FAO administrative form (Adm31e).
