The Library service desk is located in the open space of the FAO Library, next to the library entrance close to the UEMOA room. A Librarian is available to assist from 10:00 until 12:00, Monday through Thursday.

Need help, but can't get to the library? Now you can chat with the FAO Library on Skype. From the 1st of October 2016 you can place a video or voice call, chat via instant message and screen share, all at no charge.

Training sessions for FAO employees
The FAO library service offers training sessions to all FAO employees. The sessions include introductory subjects such as exploring the FAO online library catalogue and online resources or more in-depth subjects like how to effectively use online resources, execute literature searches or use bibliographic referencing software, like EndNote.
