Atriplex semibaccata Creeping saltbushProstrate perennial with whitish branches. The grey leaves are narrow and 1-2 cm long. The somewhat fleshy, diamond shaped red fruits form in clusters in the axis between the branch and the leaves. A common weed in gardens. Used in reclaiming salt land. Readily eaten by goats and sheep; birds are fond of the fruits.
