A valuable tool has been produced for decision makers responsible for integrating the Sustainable Development Goals into national policies and programmes. This publication, Transforming food and agriculture to achieve the SDGs, outlines 20 actions that describe approaches, practices, policies and tools, which combine the three dimensions of sustainable development – economic growth, social inclusion and environmental protection. Designed to support countries in selecting and prioritizing resources, these actions are meant to help accelerate progress toward implementing the SDGs.

There are two publications available: a larger technical reference that offers case studies showcasing how these actions have been applied in various contexts, while the shorter version offers topic-specific tool kits linking to other valuable resources.
