 World Mountain Forum 2018Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan
From: 23.10.2018 to: 26.10.2018Under the theme “Mountains in a changing world: strengthening partnership and pathways towards a thriving mountain future”, the fourth World Mountain Forum will be held on 23–26 October 2018, in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, hosted by the Government of Kyrgyzstan with support from the Government of Switzerland, the University of Central Asia and the Aga Khan Foundation. The World Mountain Forum 2018 will bring together the global mountain community and enable strategic and timely dialogue on some of the most pertinent challenges facing sustainable mountain development. Participants will strive to identify and develop solutions for mountain areas globally. The fourth World Mountain Forum will have a special emphasis on the mountains of Kyrgyzstan and Central Asia.
