The Council for Green Revolution (CGR) is an environmental organization based in Hyderabad, founded to work for the protection of the environment and promote sustainable development. CGR has been instrumental in planting around 28 lakh saplings in the semi-arid Indian states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Other initiatives of the organization include the Green Village, the Conservation of the Eastern Ghats, Prakrithi - Samskrithi, promoting environmental awareness and policy advocacy. |
