Irupana Andean Organic Food S.A.

Irupana Andean Organic Food S.A. is an all-natural food private company that began working in the local market of Bolivia 29 years ago. 

Irupana’s goal is to recover the agri-food potential existing in Bolivia, and transform it in order to offer to the Bolivian society national products of high nutritional quality that are produced in the different regions of the country.

Given that the country is small and the consumer market is not large enough to be able to commercialise the great product diversity existing in Bolivia, Irupana exports products as raw material to countries like the US and Europe.

Irupana is currently looking into appropriate technologies to process products based on Quinoa, Amaranth and Cañahua to offer both markets finished products of high nutritional quality.
