3 Sisters Adventure Trekking

3 Sisters Adventure Trekking is a private business founded by three Nepali sisters, who are pioneer female trekking guides in Nepal. Since 1994, they have worked towards empowering women in Nepal through their trekking agency and an NGO that runs a training program to teach  women the skills necessary for trekking and guiding. Empowering Women of Nepal, as the NGO is called, and 3 Sisters Adventure Trekking work in partnership to promote and empower women through creating employment opportunities. Their goal is to encourage Nepali girls and young women to become self-supportive, independent, decision-making women through sports and outdoor activities.
