Agency of Development Initiatives (ADI)

The Agency of Development Initiatives (ADI) contributes to rural development by providing support through community development initiatives. ADI is network of rural community based organizations (self help groups and community funds). ADI supports its members in obtaining access to economic services allowing them to improve their livelihoods, and facilitate participation of rural people in local development.  As of January 2012 ADI unites 2 752 rural households in 75 villages of 7 provinces of the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently ADI works with 440 self help groups (out of which 73 are community funds).
