UN Secretary-General's Report on Mountains
Mountain Partnership members, governments and relevant agencies in the United Nations system collaborate with the Food and Agriculture Organization in the preparation of the Report of the Secretary-General to the United Nations General Assembly on Sustainable Mountain Development.
This triennial report provides an overview of the results, impacts and changes achieved at international and national level, presents an overall analysis of the challenges, and includes recommendations on how to achieve sustainable development in mountain regions more effectively.
