Ethiopian farmers need urgent assistance to feed country caught in major drought

7 March 2016, Rome--- For Ethiopian farmers time is running out to feed the country amidst major drought. According to the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization, humanitarian needs have tripled as one of the strongest El Nino events on record continues to have devastating effects on the lives and livelihoods of farmers and herders.
