25 April 2016--- This is a radio documentary about the violent dispersal of starving farmers in Kidapawan City, North Cotabato, Philippines last April 1. Suffering from a prolonged drought made worse by government inaction, six thousand farmers were demanding for rice subsidies but were denied held and instead were shot at by state forces.
