Healthy ways of food consumption and canned food

9 March 2017--- The program was dedicated to the topic of healthy ways of food consumption. During the program, the food expert talked about healthy recipes that were very affordable and encouraged the audience to add vegetable and fruit to their recipes and meals. She also explained the side effects of organic food from green houses and she talked about different ways to wash the organic vegetables so as to protect the consumers from being poisoned and have health problem from various types of chemicals that are used to grow that kind of vegetables.
