The state of Food price volatility: a global concern FAO and the
Friday 6 May 2011, Rome - U. S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton delivered a statement on the state of global food security and food price volatility at FAO headquarters. At the invitation of FAO Director-General Jacques Diouf, Ms. Clinton addressed the Rome-based UN Food agencies and international organizations, as well the Representatives of the Membership to these bodies.
