¿United against Hunger¿ on World Food Day Celebration
15 October 2010, Rome - FAO Director General Jacques Diouf appointed Italian actor Raoul Bova, Canadian singer Céline Dion, Filipino singer Lea Salonga and American actress Susan Sarandon as new Goodwill ambassadors to help in the global struggle against hunger. This occurred during celebrations of World Food Day which takes as its theme this year United Against Hunger. As a special guest, H. E. Paul Kagame, President of Rwanda, delivered a keynote statement.
